Today we found out what gender our child is. Here is a video of us finding out that it's a girl. We have had her name picked out for over a year now. She was always Mischa (mee-sha). The name Mischa means "who is like God?" It's funny because the name Mickaela also means "who is like God?" She matches her mom. In this video she is about 16 or 17 weeks along.

We are very excited about having a little girl. In many ways we wanted her to have a big brother but God decided otherwise and we trust His plans over ours.
(Sorry to all of those people who wanted it to be a boy!)

Wow.. I am so happy for the both of you.. I love the name.. I was going to name my daughter that..But I ended up calling her Mashia it kinda funny sometime my husband calls her Mischa.. That video was so clear.. It really a girl.. My last daugther.. was to be a boy and today you look at her pictures and you would still think she was a he.. but I found out 3 hours before I had her that she was a girl not a boy.. I tell her that story and she told her teacher that she was a boy and her boy thing feel off before she was born.. It funny when she tells her story.. But Congra's on your little bundle.. Now I can't wait to see her..

Yay!!! I can't wait to meet my beautiful little niece!!! You know what Kevin and I realized?? Mischa will be the first niece he has known since birth. The others were already in school by the time he met me. I guess it'll be the same for you when I have kids. Anyway, I'm so happy for both of you!!!
